Is anyone interested in taking a class on wild fermentation, making makkoelli (Korean Sake), or how to raise chickens without buying any feed at all?

If so let me know and I will hold one.

What is a good day/time? Most classes seem to be Saturday, but I'm at the Hilo market these days. I need at least 10 ppl to hold a class.  Feedback?

Don't Buy Chicken Feed class:

I would think the skills would be worth about the cost of a bag of feed, so I am thinking $20 would be fair (cash, barter, worktrade).

I am thinking of doing it the last Saturday of the month, 9am to about noon?

If that's a good day but I get less than 10 ppl sign up I'll put it in the paper.

Please let me know asap....
